New Patient Registrations

The practice welcomes new patients.  Should you wish to register with us, please come to either Penntorr Health or Millbrook surgery where you will need to complete a registration form.  Please ensure that you bring identity documents for all persons who wish to register.

Repeat Prescriptions

All repeat prescriptions are stored on our computer and you will be given a counterfoil listing your medication with each prescription. To order further repeats, mark on the counterfoil the items you require and place it in the repeat prescriptions box available at all sites.

Please allow 4 working days before collection. If it is more convenient to hand your request to your local pharmacy then please allow 5 working days before collection.  You will be asked to update your treatment periodically with the Doctor.

Patients may collect their repeat prescriptions from the surgery or a local pharmacy, depending on their request to the practice.

Patients may order their repeat medication and book doctor appointments on line using the Patient Access web site. This website is designed specifically to support patients in the use of the online services and will provide help and guidance on all aspects surrounding this such as registering, signing in for the first time, forgetting user ID, nominating a pharmacy, trouble with signing in etc. Please go to to find out more.

If you have any queries or concerns please do not hesitate to contact the practice.

Having registered with the practice, you will be given a user ID and password. When you have received this, the document on the link below will help you complete setting up your user access.
