We would like to remind people that e-consults can not be used to make an appointment or to get a doctor to call. They are meant to be used for things that can be sorted out over text message- good examples are things like rashes with a good quality photo or simple questions where you have given us all the information in the e consult and require a straight forward answer.
If you need to be seen or need a telephone consultation we will reply asking you to book one. This is to make sure things are fair for everyone using our service and e-consult is not being used to bypass our appointments system.
