The Practice has listened to both patient and staff feedback regarding the issues and problems encountered when using ‘eConsult’. We are excited to announce that the practice will be launching a new more user-friendly software solution called ‘Accurx Patient Triage’.
The Patient Triage solution can be accessed via The Rame Group Practice Website, and it allows patients to submit either a medical query, an administrative request or medication request to the Practice. Patient Triage is easily accessible with no app to download or log in required, its quick to use with a short and simple set of questions to answer and it is user friendly.
Accurx Patient Triage will go live from 8.30 am on Tuesday 13th September 2022.
